The 11th annual general meeting of Nagpur's Arthur Round table 180 saw a gamut of emotions. For some, it was the beginning of a new tenure, while others bid an emotional goodbye to the club. Abhishek Thakur, the newly elected chairman, was seen discussing various financial issues with the past chairman Anmol Anand, over drinks. The newly installed chairman said, "It is an honour to be the chairman of this club.
I will strive hard to raise funds for the development of a school for the underprivileged children during my tenure." Retiring at 40 was tabler Anup Sahani, who got nostalgic and shared his experiences with the newly inducted tablers like Angadh Arora and Shravan Mohta. Alkesh Saraf grabbed quite a few eyeballs with his amazing waistcoat, which had many colourful pins and badges. He said, "I make sure that I take one pin from every club that I visit; and for me, these are the souvenirs, which I collect."
